Amavas is an Indian Bollywood horror thriller film directed by Bhushan Patel. Starring Nargis Fakhri and Sachiin Joshi. The film is directed by Bhushan Patel who has also directed Ragini MMS 2, Alone and 1920: Evil Returns. The film is presented by Viiking Media Entertainment.The film was slated to release on 11 January 2019, but new release date announced as 1 February 2019.The film is remake of 2002 American horror film, The Ring, which itself was remake of Japanese film with same name.
